About Avenue Lofts
Avenue Lofts are big residential lofts in a vintage warehouse building in Portland's vibrant Pearl District, offering authentic loft living with original brick and timber details. Located at 1400 NW Irving St at 14th Avenue, living here gives you easy to access both the Pearl District and the popular NW Alphabet District/23rd area. Most of the residences at Avenue are large open spaces with no defined bedrooms and no balconies. However there are townhomes available on the first floor that have outdoor space and some even have big patios along the pedestrian walkway in front of the building.
